Here's exactly how the day unfolds — no surprises, no stress.

1️⃣ Booking Your Party

Reserve your room online. A $100 deposit holds your date, and every dollar of it goes toward your final balance.

Plans change? No panic. Every party includes a one-time free reschedule. And if something on our end ever prevents us from hosting, you choose: full refund or rain check.

2️⃣ Before the Big Day

Do your planning to bring whatever makes it yours the day of:

• Decorations, cake, cupcakes, chips, snack trays — all welcome, free

• Catered or restaurant food (platters, to-go orders): just a $30 outside food fee

• A guest with a food restriction? Bring their special item at no cost

One thing that makes party day smoother: everyone entering needs a waiver — kids, adults, even babies. Send the waiver link to your guests ahead of time and check-in becomes a breeze.

3️⃣ Arrival & Check-In (15–20 minutes early)

Come a little early — we'll greet you, check waivers, and roll out a cart so you're not hauling armloads of supplies. If your room happens to be ready early, we'll get you in early (not guaranteed — another party may still be celebrating).

4️⃣ Room Setup (5–15 minutes — and it's not your job)

Your dedicated party host decorates the room your way — follow your exact vision, or hand them the bags and go relax. Most rooms are fully done within 15 minutes.

5️⃣ Guests Arrive, Kids Play

Guests typically pop into the room, drop a gift, and their kids are off playing within minutes. We handle each arrival's waiver and grip socks at check-in.

The sock rundown: kids in your package get grip socks included • anyone over 13 just needs regular socks • adults can buy grip socks to join in

Families usually let the kids run for 15–30 minutes before food. You'll be glad you did — they come to the table hungry.

6️⃣ Pizza Time (about halfway through)

Your package includes 3 or 5 single-topping pizzas (upgrade or add more anytime). Every child gets a complimentary juice or water — extra drinks come in sets of 10, and the café is open to all your guests throughout.

When it's time, your host makes a custom announcement over the intercom — and all your guests come to your party room.

7️⃣ Cake & the Big Moment

Cake comes right after pizza — while everyone's still gathered, candles lit, cameras out. Your host keeps it seamless so you're in the photos, not running the show.

8️⃣ Winding Down (final 15 minutes)

Your host checks in, runs a quick satisfaction survey, and settles the balance. You pay based on who actually showed up — not the headcount you guessed a month ago. Never an empty chair on your bill.

We pack everything back onto the cart and handle all the cleanup. You're welcome to help — you're just never required to. Everything heads to your vehicle except what you'll want with you.

9️⃣ The Party That Doesn't End 🎉

Room time's over — the fun isn't. Every party guest has unlimited play for the rest of the day, and you're free to leave and come back. The party ends when their energy does.
